Megan's story
Ever since Megan could pronounce the word “chartreuse,” she’s been obsessed with color. So obsessed, in fact, that she spent 27 years proudly strutting through life as a True Spring—thanks to a color analysis mishap. With her wardrobe full of warm, splashy hues and even a stint as a strawberry blonde (yes, she dyed her hair to match!), Megan was convinced she had her colors all figured out. That is, until she learned the true science of color analysis and discovered she was actually a True Summer! Cue the great closet purge—goodbye oranges, beloved corals, and golds; hello cool blues, dusty pinks, and silvers.
Today, Megan, trained by the International Image Institute and a proud member of the AICI, channels her color epiphany into helping others avoid a similar fate. As The Color Countess, she uses her superpower to guide clients toward their perfect, Iconic Colors, leaving a trail of well-dressed color converts in her wake.
And if you think her color journey is dramatic, wait until you hear about her other life as a four-time reality TV and game show contestant. When she’s not draping clients, you’ll find her coloring with her daughter, Parker, or relentlessly hassling her landscape architect husband to keep their garden in True Summer harmony.
